He took care of getting the land contractor scheduled to prepare the raw land we had bought. He assisted throughout the mortgage and closing processes.   • "This is long over due. I started looking at buying A bigger place in 2016. I went to A few different companies and just didn't feel comfortable. My girlfriend and I pulled in at Clayton homes in Harriman, Tn in an old beat up trailblazer. We walked around the lot and Ben Harrison come out to greet us. He listened to our questions and give suggestions and he didn't care if I was in A 500.00 car or 70,000 truck. He got us approved and at the time I had A lot going on and cold feet, so I backed out of it. I couldn't believe it he didn't get mad and was understanding. 2 or so years later my son was in the hospital with bad heart problems. I've not talked to Ben since I left his lot and he text me and said him and his family was thinking of us. I knew then what type of person Ben was. In 2021 I started the process again with Ben and we have been living in A 5 bedroom king air since June. Anything that was wrong they fixed and its unbelievable the kind of people they have working for them. From the start with Dwayne doing the ground work then all the people in between then you finally get to meet Barry. Idk if I've ever met anyone as knowledgeable as Barry. Honestly I don't think you could go anywhere better then clayton or deal with anyone more genuine then Ben Harrison. I know this is A long review, but honestly I could say A ton more."
